This one ingredient recipe is also vegan!
It’s very simple to do:
> cut some bananas into 1 cm sections
> freeze them for 4 hours (or leave them be until needed)
> put them into a (good) food processor and mix until you have a cream
You may need to add a bit of liquid to help the food processor. Vegetal milk is perfect but you can also use some juice to give your ice-cream a different flavour!
This ice-cream allows you to be creative and try different combinations:
- cocoa powder
- fresh fruits (berries, pineapple, mango…)
- vanilla extract…
I served it with a homemade choco-brownie and I’m sure it’s also delicious with an apple pie or some cookies!
