Description

Light all butter flakey pastry filled with apricots

Ingredients

DOUGH: Wheat Flour, Water, Butter (Milk), Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Lactoserum, Gluten, Emulsifiers E471, E472, E322, Amylases, Antioxidant E300. FILLING: Water, Sugar, Modified Starch, Lactoserum in Powder, Lactose (Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Thickeners E263, E450a, E339, Aroma, Colours E160a, Apricots.

Directions

Place on a baking try and thaw for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4, for approximately 17 €“ 20 minutes until pastry is golden and cooked throughout.
