Since February 2020, we’re offering a range of frozen food: fruits, vegetables, pastries… Bring your containers and scoop what you like!
Here are the instructions to prepare those products.
Desserts & Snacks
Blueberry Plait
Bake from frozen for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C.
Cinnamon Swirls & Maple Pecan Danish
Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 190°C for around 15 minutes (until golden).
Pain au chocolat & All Butter Croissant
Let them prove overnight at room temperature. Then bake them at 190°C for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Eat them warm, they’ll be better!
Meals & Sides
Cheese & Bacon Bite
Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Cheese & Onion Twist
Onion & Emmental béchamel with quinoa and nigella seeds sprinkled on top.
Let defrost for 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Cornish Vegan Pasties
Filled with potatoes, swedes, onions and vegan mince.
Cook from frozen on a baking tray for 40 to 45 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
Fish Cake
Smoked haddock, mozzarella and spring onions.
Deep fry from frozen for 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oil at 180°C.
Fish Fingers
Cod fish.
Cook from frozen for 12 to 15 minutes with the grill of the oven, turn them when half cooked or deep fry them for 7 to 9 minutes at 180°C.
Garlic Breaded Mushrooms
Button mushrooms coated in a crispy garlic crumb.
Bake from frozen for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C, or fry for 4 minutes at 180°C.
Ham & Cheese Croissant
Let defrost for 30 minutes at room temperature, then place on a baking tray and cook for 18 to 24 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
Pizza Dough
Prove the dough in a bowl for 4 hours at room temperature until its size clearly increases, cover the bowl with a tea towel.
Roll out or stretch the dough, add your toppings and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
Use it for a home-made pizza with tomatoes, cheese, seasonal veg or do a delicious focaccia : once rolled, brush the dough with olive oil, add some crushed garlic and rosemary.
Yorkshire Pudding
Bake from frozen for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Potato section
Potato gratin
Potatoes, cream, Emmental cheese.
Bake from frozen for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C.
Hash browns
Bake from frozen for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C or deep fry for about 4 minutes.
Fries
Bake from frozen for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C or deep fry them for about 4 minutes.
Spicy potato wedge
Bake from frozen for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C or deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes or cook in pan slightly oiled for 10 to 15 minutes until golden yellow and crispy.
Sweet potato chips
Bake from frozen for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C or deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Vegetables
British Petit Pois
Cook from frozen in boiling water for 4 minutes.
Peas, broad beans and asparagus
Cook from frozen in boiling water around 4 minutes or steam until tender.
Mediterranean Vegetables
Diced tomatoes, courgettes, aubergine, mixed peppers and sliced onions.
Oil a baking tray and place the vegetables. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C, until the veg look roasted.
Tuscan roasting vegetables
Small roasted potatoes, grilled courgette slices, grilled onions and cherry tomatoes.
Cook from frozen on the top-shelf of a preheated oven at 200°C for 8 to 12 minutes.
Fruits
Blueberries
Use straight away to make a sorbet or a refreshing smoothie. Let them defrost for a few hours to use as a muesli topping. Great for cakes and pancakes.
Summer Berries Mix
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants.
Use straight away for smoothies or sorbets. Let them defrost for a couple hours at room temperature to use as a muesli topping. Can also be used for baking.
Californian Fruit Salad
Honeydew & Cantaloupe melon balls, whole strawberries, peach slices and red grapes.
Let defrost for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.
