These biscuits are super healthy as they contain only two ingredients and no added sugar.
It’s a perfect recipe to do with kids.

You will need three ripe bananas and 180 g of oat flakes (I used jumbo oat).

Mash the bananas in a plate then add the oat and mix until everything is well combined.
You can add raisins, chocolate chips, cranberry, nuts… If you want them to be more yummy.
I added 40 g of dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in mine.
You should be able to make 16 biscuits. Take a ball of dough in your hands, flatten it a bit and put it on your baking tray. I use a washable silicon sheet to avoid baking paper.

Cook them 10 minutes at 180°C (if you want to make bigger cookies, allow them to stay a little longer in the oven).
To save energy, try to maximize the use of your oven by cooking other dishes at the same time like roasted vegetables, cake, more cookies…
